About

Y’all come!

Hooked on Quilting is located at 8 Elkton Pike in a lovely antebellum home just two miles west of the historic Fayetteville square. We carry first-quality, quilt-shop-only fabrics from many of the well-known fabric vendors in the quilting industry. We also have a large inventory of books and patterns from which to choose. Batting, notions, and customer service round out our offerings. Technique classes are taught on a one-on-one basis at the convenience of the student. While we do not offer longarm quilting services, we do have names and numbers of local quilters that you can contact to inquire about their services and availability.

Hours of Operation:

Starting October 3, 2016 we will no longer be open on a daily basis. Visits to the shop will be by appointment only. Please call well in advance of the day you wish to visit so I can make arrangements to be here for you.

Please note that we will be open on the first Saturday of every month to allow those who are participating in our Little Quilts Squared monthly project to pick up kits and others to shop as needed.

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. See our Calendar of Events page for other dates that we might be closed as well.

Ways to save $$$:

*Valid guild card – 10% off every day (present card before checkout) except during a sales event.
*Pay with Cash or Check – Save an extra 2% on purchases when you pay by cash or check. This discount is on top of the discount given for a valid guild card or in-house discount card. We save on credit card processing fees, you save on the things you can’t live without.
*Save 20% when you buy the end of the bolt with at least two yards of fabric, or more.

Standard Exclusions: Sewing machines; gift certificates; magazines; GO! cutter; previously reduced items; newest items (mainly found in front room); shop-packed kits; BOMs; special order items, or items on hold. During a sale, no discount other than the sale discount will be honored.

I just found your blog – I love it. What a surprise to see the wonderful write up on my quilt.

I went to the web site to confirm if sew day is this Saturday or next. I’ll have to find time to take a good look at all you have on teh blog. I love the color and design you’re using for it.

I visited your shop yesterday and loved it! I will have to make more of an effort to get down to Fayetteville and visit. I am anxious to start my project and after thinking on what you have in stock, wish I had gotten another project in some fabrics I saw there. I love the quality of fabrics you have and should have spent more time looking. Thanks for the recommendation of a place for lunch. It reminded me of my Dad’s general store that I grew up in. I forgot to get your name and the lady’s name who finished my order, but thanks for the hospitality. I will definitely try to get back and see you.

My teen daughter and I quilt with Debbie and love it! She has the zip on system, so you can get the quilt into the machine really quickly. My daughter has done a couple that won at the fair 🙂
